Workplace Communication 9 - Seven Ways To Communicate High Quality Standards
What do your customers think about you when they hear your name? Do they get a positive or negative image of you and the business? The image of a business as a source of quality products, reliability, and trustworthiness is critical to its success. Every organization should take time to communicate the importance of maintaining high quality standards to it’s employees. Once communicated properly, it is up to your employees to communicate these high quality standards to your customers.
In addition, employing managers with integrity is a must for any successful business. As a manager, you should do what is necessary to show your customers that they can rely on your business. For example, if you have a 24-hour business, do not close the doors after being opened for only 12 hours — unless, of course, there is an emergency of some kind. When you sell products, offer the customers some type of guarantee when they purchased from your company. If they are unhappy with the purchase, they can return the merchandise within 30 days for a refund.
Here are seven ways to communicate high quality standards in the workplace :
1) Use company logo
2) Make refund and return policies available
3) Sell quality products
4) Offer excellent service
5) Make adjustments when necessary
6) Dress for the job
7) Obey rules and regulations
